So, which models are included in the promotion?
EU10i and EU20i are included. No other models will qualify.
How is the 50 hours of fuel calculated?
The amount of complimentary fuel offered is based on Honda's own product shop manuals and calculated from the stated maximum running time with the product running at rated load. Actual fuel consumption will vary with load, atmospheric conditions, and other factors.
How do I get my complimentary fuel?
The complimentary fuel will be sent to the participant in the form of a pre-loaded Mastercard® containing a fixed monetary amount in pounds sterling depending on which machine you purchase. Please note that the fuel cost is based on Unleaded 95 Octane Petrol of 138.65p as per UK average on 14/03/12 on www.petrolprices.com. No alternative arrangement will be entered into.
How long will it take to receive my Mastercard® from Honda?
It depends on when we receive the claim from you. We will endeavour to process all claims within 28 days of receipt. Please note proof of posting is not the same as proof of receipt.
I'm a contractor and want to buy more than one machine. Can I get complimentary fuel on more than one machine?
Yes, you can get one (1) Mastercard® on each machine bought. However, you will need to fill out a form for each machine.
I'm a contractor, is the promotion inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
It is inclusive (i.e. £40 worth of fuel including VAT for EU10i models and £80 worth of fuel including VAT for EU20i models).
Can I send in a copy of my receipt instead?
It should be the original. We will return the original receipt with your fuel card. If you think you may require the information on the receipt in the meantime we advise you to take and keep a copy for your own records.
